This fascinating memoir of Amartuvshin /Current member of Parliament/ invites readers into his world, chronicling the experiences that have shaped him — from her childhood to her years as a student at HBS, to her time spent as a banker.
The first few chapters are mainly based on what he has done before becoming a politician. In my point of view, the most appealing and valuable parts are these:

1. What makes us happy: He understood happiness makes us successful rather than success makes us happy. 😃 He is an avid cycler and he understood this principle from his cycling experience. Moreover, he had a class from Clayton Christensen at HBS, one of the writers of “How will you measure your life” /The last post/

2. How hard is it to change: He mentioned change management is an extremely difficult task to execute. Because when things change, people tend to turn on their defense mechanism automatically. The most effective strategy of transformation is to understand the necessity of change in a hard way. In other words, we are able to change, if we fail. /blood sweat and tears way/ 🧐
